Clients often prefer concise and easy-to-read cost plans. Instead of lengthy lists of individual bookings, LEADING Media allows you to create cost plans that summarize broadcaster totals and the campaign period with just one click – perfect for quick and efficient client communication.
How to Use This Feature
In the cost plan interface for TV and radio campaigns, you'll see the option:
"Print broadcaster totals only?"
By selecting this option, LEADING Media generates a streamlined cost plan that:
- Lists total costs per broadcaster.
- Displays the campaign period.
- Lists only the number of spots, but omits detailed individual bookings and spots.
This results in a compact, one-page overview – or, in the case of many broadcasters, a maximum of two pages.
